Tell me about yourself! Why are you looking to get a service dog? What tasks would you like the dog to perform for you?
Do you have a dog you would like to train? If yes then tell me about your dog. (Age, Breed (best guess), Training experience) If you do not have a dog yet, do you have a dog/ breed in mind? Tell me about it.
Are there any other animals living in the home? What Training methods have you used in the past? Is there any other information you feel would be helpful for me to know?
What times and days of the week are you available for training? Please give as much detail as possible. Availability is a large factor in how quickly I will be able to get you on the schedule. If you have different times that you are available for virtual vs. in person training please explain that in your answer.
Have you reviewed the cost listed on my website? It generally takes at a minimum a year to train a service dog longer if starting with a new puppy. So when factoring in cost please consider that. If you have any questions please ask here.
